Prostitution ring busted

The police busted a prostitution ring operating in the Slave Island area today, the police media unit said. The police said that women were being supplied to the clients using a van. A special police unit seized the van along Hunnupitiya road at Slave Island today. The police also arrested a woman who was believed to have been in charge of the operation.
