Government reiterates no fuel shortage in Sri Lanka

The Government, on Saturday, reiterated that there is no fuel shortage in Sri Lanka and there was no need for panic buying. Fuel distributors had earlier warmed that they will suspend fuel distribution over moves to abolish the 3% discount currently offered to distributors by the CPC.? Renowned Sri Lankan actress Susantha Chandramali passed away

Renowned Sri Lankan television, ?theater and movie actress Susantha Chandramali passed away. She was 61-years-old. Chandramali, best known for her roles in Kande Gedara, passed away after suffering from a prolonged illness. She acted in the movie Saroja which was Directed by Somaratne Dissanayake. In 2020, she was diagnosed with a cancer at first stage. She received treatments continuously to reduce the cancer growth. (Colombo Gazette)

Speaker accused of being operated by remote control
