Opposition party leaders meet Sajith for talks

All opposition party leaders met Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa at the Opposition Leader?s Office in Parliament to discuss the future conduct of parliamentary proceedings and the functioning of parliamentary committees.

This meeting follows a similar special discussion held on January 29th with all opposition party leaders.

Premadasa said the meeting on Wednesday was a continuation of the dialogue held last month.

Among those in attendance were Gayantha Karunatilleka, J.C. Alawathuwala, Ajith P. Perera, Rishad Bathiudeen, Namal Rajapaksa, Dilith Jayaweera, Dayasiri Jayasekara, Ravi Karunanayake, Jeevan Thondaman, Sivagnanam Shritharan, P. Sathiyalingam, A. Admission cards to be used as curfew pass during exams

By Easwaran Rutnam Admission cards will be used as curfew passes during the GCE Advanced Level and Grade 5 scholarship examinations, Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekera said today.
