NPP to continue working with the IMF

The National Peoples Power (NPP) says if it comes to power it will continue to work with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and look to make changes to the current agreement with Sri Lanka. ITAK elects Sivagnanam Sritharan as new leader

Sri Lanka’s main Tamil minority party – the Ilankai Thamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK) ? elected Sivagnanam Sritharan its new leader through a secret ballot held at the eastern port district of Trincomalee.
