Minister of Finance Ravi Karunanayake said that the Government?s new budget on November 20 will be capital oriented while aiming at higher revenue than recurrent expenditure. President holds special discussion on resettlement

President Maithripala Sirisena held a special discussion today on the resettlement of displaced families in the North and East. Several Ministers as well as the Chief Minister of the Eastern Province took part in the discussion.
