Kuwait bars direct flights from Sri Lanka

Kuwait has banned direct flights from Sri Lanka as a result of the coronavirus. The Kuwait Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGCA) said that it was suspending indefinitely direct commercial flights from Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, except for cargo flights, the KUNA news agency reported. Ban on movements between districts not ruled out

A ban on movements between districts has not been ruled out, Army Commander, General Shavendra Silva said today.
