Woman dies after being found with hands tied

A woman found in Welimilla with her hands tied behind her back, died after being admitted to hospital. The 56 year old woman was found?unconscious at an abandoned house in Welimilla and died on admission to hospital. Investigations are underway. (Colombo Gazette)
