Congress OK with some TESO resolutions

Tamil Nadu Congress Committee president B S Gnanadesikan on Sunday said the Congress and the DMK were on the same page on some of the resolutions adopted at the recent TESO meet organised by the Dravidian party. Post mortem carried out on Wellawatte murder

The post mortem was carried out on the victims of the Wellawatte triple murder today, the police media unit said. A special medical team appointed by court assisted in the post mortem and samples were also sent to the government analyst. Sri Lanka to challenge British travel advisory

Sri Lanka today said it will challenge the latest UK travel advisory to British citizens warning them of an upsurge of nationalism, sexual offences and anti-western rhetoric in the country.
