Canadian landscaper pleads guilty to murder of Sri Lankans

A Canadian landscaper has pleaded guilty to the premeditated murders of eight men including 2 Sri Lankans with links to Toronto’s gay community and the mutilation of their bodies, most of them chopped up and hidden in planters, the Straits Times reported. Sri Lanka has failed to show progress on the 2018 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), compiled by Transparency International (TI), the global coalition against corruption.
