Several injured after bus with pilgrims topples

Several people were injured after a bus carrying pilgrims toppled along the Sellakataragama – Buttala road today.

The police said that at least 25 people were injured in the accident and were rushed to hospital.

The bus was returning to Ampara from Kataragama when the accident took place.
