Police seek complaints on doctor over illegal sterilization procedures

The Police today sought complaints against a doctor in Kurunegala over illegal sterilization procedures. Police media spokesman Ruwan Gunsekera said that if any person wants to make a complaint against the doctor over his alleged involvement with illegal sterilization procedures then such complaints can be made at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID). Over 50 admitted to hospital after wasp attack

Over 50 people were admitted to hospital after a wasp attack in Minuwangoda. The Police said that the wasp attack had taken place at a school in the area. The wasps had been disturbed during a program to clean the school premises with the participation of staff and parents.
