Seven injured after fire destroys fishing trawler in Dikkowita

Seven people sustained injuries after a fire destroyed a fishing trawler in Dikkowita today. The fire had occurred at the Dikkowita Fisheries Harbour. Second dose of Covid vaccine to be administered from April 19

The second dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine will be administered from April 19, the Health Ministry said. Chief Epidemiologist Dr. Sudath Samaraweera said that the second dose of the AstraZeneca Covishield vaccine would be given to those who got the same vaccine as the first dose.
