India tells Lanka to work with US on resolution

India has told the Sri Lankan government to work with US and reach a consensus on the draft resolution to be submitted to the UN Human Rights Council. Three killed in Habaraduwa accident

Three people were killed when the three-wheeler they were travelling in collided with a passenger bus in Unawatuna, in the Habaraduwa police area early this morning, the police media unit said. The police said that the accident had taken place along the Galle – Matara main road when the?three-wheeler was taking a bend.
