Two drown in Kalmunai

Two youth drowned in Kalmunai last night when they had gone for a swim at sea, the police media unit said today.

The police said that the two youth aged 21 were swimming in the Periyanillawali area when they drowned.

The victims were identified as 21 year old Kandasami Vinodakumar and 21 year old K.D.N. Hareek.

Both bodies are now at the Kalmunai hospital.
