Explosives found in Colombo bound bus

Explosives were found hidden in a bus heading to Colombo from Jaffna late last night, the police media unit said this afternoon. Police spokesman S.P Ajith Rohana said that 38 passengers who were in the bus at the time as well as the driver and conductor were taken in for questioning following the detection. LLRC recommendation likely by March

The government is hoping to implement some of the recommendations of the Lessons Learned and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC) by March this year.
