Cabinet re-shuffle tomorrow

A cabinet reshuffle will take place tomorrow, Presidential Spokesman Mohan Samaranayaka told the Colombo Gazette. He said the portfolios are still not known and will be announced only tomorrow. Two children killed as boat overturns

Two children were killed when a boat overturned in Kuchuweli this morning, the police media unit said. According to the police, 9 people including 8 children were on the boat at the time of the accident. The police said that a 6 year old boy and 14 year old girl were killed after the boat got damaged and overturned. Villagers had managed to rescue the other children, the police media unit said. A 29 year old man who was also on the boat has been admitted to hospital. (Colombo Gazette)
