Twenty one Tamil Nadu fishermen arrested by the Navy

Twenty one Tamil Nadu fishermen were arrested by the Navy on charges of crossing the International Maritime Boundary Line,?the Press Trust of India reported. The three boats of the fishermen, hailing from Pamban and Thangachimadom near Rameswaram, were also seized by the Navy personnel, Assistant Director of Fisheries Department D Gopinath said. Government says no talks with India on sea bridge

The Government says it has not held any discussions with India over constructing a sea bridge and tunnel connecting the two countries.
