LankaPropertyWeb Reports Silver Award for Its AMPLIFIER AI Tool

LankaPropertyWeb’s AMPLIFIER marketing tool received silver for Best AI Solution in the Media category at the National AI Awards 2026, according to the company’s announcement.

The ceremony took place at Monarch Imperial on 30 September as part of Sri Lanka AI Week 2026, the company reports.

AMPLIFIER converts property listings into social media content, including videos, captions and hashtags. LankaPropertyWeb describes it as a way for property owners and agents to promote listings without preparing each item manually.

According to the company, the tool supports distribution across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Its features include image tagging and the use of a library of Sri Lankan TikTok audio.

The platform also includes an automated comment-reply function that draws on property listings and LankaPropertyWeb’s market data. The company describes this feature as supporting enquiries in English, Sinhala and Tamil.

LankaPropertyWeb reports that between 80 and 100 advertisers use the tool each month. It links the service to reducing the work involved in creating content and managing enquiries across social platforms.

Marketing manager Wasana Siriwardhana attributed the recognition to the company’s approach to combining artificial intelligence with marketing automation. She described the tool as supporting faster distribution of property information and reducing repetitive tasks.

Senior product manager Ragavan Navam linked the development to work involving computer vision, language models and multilingual responses.

LankaPropertyWeb was launched in 2007, according to the company, to connect property owners and agents with local and international audiences seeking properties for sale or rent.

The company presents AMPLIFIER as part of its continuing adoption of technology to expand the visibility of listings and improve how property information reaches prospective customers across digital channels.
