Senior DIG Gunawardene appointed Senior DIG Elections

Police Senior Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Jagath Abeysiri Gunawardene has been appointed as the Senior DIG in charge of Elections. The National Police Commission (NPC) has approved the appointment. Gunawardene is currently Senior DIG in-charge of the Western Province and the Motor Traffic Division.
