President defends speaking in Sinhalese in Jaffna

One killed, 3 injured as speeding car crashes on Parliament road

One youth was killed and three others sustained injuries when a speeding car crashed on Parliament road, in Rajagiriya, Saturday. The accident, captured on the rear camera of a vehicle, showed the car driving at high speed, losing control and crashing into a van on the opposite side of the road.
