Southern Province Governor Professor Willy Gamage has tested positive for Covid-19. Earlier, it was reported that the Governor?s personal secretary had tested positive. The Governor had thereafter self-isolated as a precautionary measure. He is reported to have tested positive while under self-isolation. Baby boy among seven new Covid victims in Sri Lanka

A baby boy is among seven new coronavirus victims in Sri Lanka, the Government said today. The Government said that the 18 month old baby boy from Colombo 02 died while receiving treatment at Lady Ridgeway Children?s Hospital in Colombo. ADB summit to be held in Sri Lanka in May

The 55th annual summit of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will be conducted in Colombo in May 2022. The Governing Board of the ADB has granted approval to conduct the proposed summit in Sri Lanka from 02-05 May, 2022.
