Over 71 people injured following accident in Agarapathana

Over 71 people sustained injuries following an accident in the Agarapathana area today. The police said that the accident involved a bus and among those injured were students. A mechanical fault had reportedly led to the bus going out of control and meeting with the?accident. The driver of the bus was arrested following the accident. (Colombo Gazette)

India to supply 500 MW electricity to Lanka via sub-sea cables
