  1. In any problem analysis, there is formula called 5Ws. What, Who, Why, When, Where? The economic advisor Dr.Samaratunga may have found out the details; fine. But he did not explain the Big H. How? How do they propose to eliminate chances of repetition ? How do they propose to deal with those who helped this sad calamity, by not reporting in time? How will they use proper running Audit, to minimize opportunities in the future? How do they propose to take legal action against those criminals who benefited from this crime? Last, not the least, how do they propose to protect those who detect and timely report the white collar crimes? Until the last item is ensured, nobody will blow the whistle. Of course these are internal matters, but let us hope action is in place to deter future incidents.
