Canada orders deportation of Sri Lankan accused of murder

The Immigration and Refugee Board in Canada has ordered the deportation of a Sri Lankan man accused killing his wife, Radio Canada reported. Sivaloganathan Thanabalasingam can however file an appeal against the order, a process which could take up to four years. The Commission has also ruled that Thanabalasingam will remain in custody, at least until the reassessment of his?case on Thursday. Father, daughter and another female killed in accident

A father, daughter and another female were killed in an accident in Potuhera today. The police said that the three people were killed after the three-wheeler they were travelling in collided with a tipper truck.
