Consumers have been advised to use water sparingly as water levels at reservoirs have begun to drop.
The National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWS&DB) said that consumers living in areas with a higher elevation, will need to be supplied water using low pressure.
There has been little to no rain in most parts of Sri Lanka these days resulting in a drop in water levels. (Colombo Gazette)
