Colombo Museum closed after employees test positive

The Colombo National Museum has been temporarily closed after its staff were found to be infected with COVID-19.

The Ministry of Cultural Affairs said the Museum will be closed for a period of two weeks.

The Ministry added that several of the Museum’s employees had been detected with the virus.

It added that the Museum will be closed as a precautionary measure to curtail the further spread of the virus.(Colombo Gazette)
