  1. Wise decision by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, because Sri Lanka is going nowhere since independence. Sri Lanka gave 73 years to Indians, but gone backward. Time has come to change the strategy.

Today, what you see in India is the leaders’ inability to govern their own country.

I met many Indians in Australia. They all agree Indian politicians are corrupt. When I ask them why the West never complained about the corrupt Indian politicians as much as it criticises China. They cannot answer, they just smile. Indians are strugulling to admit the reality, because they live in lie. The west is fooling the corrupt South Asian politicians and the politicians are fooling the people. Recently, Tamil Nadu had an election. People voted electronically but the result will take a month to finalise. Notably, the building which has the ballot machines not protected by CCTV cameras. The West loves failed developing countries to keep its dominant power, whether it is a democratic system or communism. China is not falling but growing, this is worrying to Western white supremacists.

  2. Chinese relations with corrupt ministers were strengthened. The people’s welfare will always be of little consideration or interest to the Chinese.

If Sri Lanka was a company, the majority shareholder would appoint the chairman of the board. We watch with interest who China will nominate as next President of Sri Lanka. God help us if it is Namal Rajapaksa.
