A group of Sri Lankans stranded in Nepal were brought back to the country today. SriLankan Airlines brought back 76 Sri Lankan students stranded in Nepal in a special flight. A chartered flight of SriLankan Airlines landed at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) at around 12:30 pm Nepal time took off for Colombo with the 76 students studying at the Pokhara-based Manipal Teaching Hospital. Sri Lankan students repatriated from India

A group of Sri Lankan students who were stranded overseas due to the coronavirus pandemic landed at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake today. The group consisting of 101 Sri Lankan students arrived from India. They were brought to Sri Lanka via a special flight chartered by National Carrier Sri Lankan Airlines. Social distancing disregarded in most places

Social distancing is being disregarded in most places, especially in public transport, the Police said today.
