SJB warns Government against misusing ICCPR

The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) today warned the Government against misusing the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). SJB MP Eran Wickramaratne told Parliament that his party opposes disrespecting any religion. He asserted that anyone making such comments should tender an apology.
