Five dead in Norway bow and arrow attack

Five people have been killed and two more injured in Norway after a man used a bow and arrow to attack them. Police first received word of an attack in the town of Kongsberg, south-west of the capital Oslo, at around 18:13 local time (16:13 GMT). Sri Lanka joins Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan in refusing to sign global tax deal

Sri Lanka has joined Kenya, Nigeria and Pakistan in refusing to sign a global tax deal. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development said that 136 countries out of the 140 members of the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS had signed the agreement.
