Sapugaskanda refinery to recommence operations

The Sapugaskanda refinery will recommence operations this week, the Ministry of Energy said. Energy Minister Udaya Gammanpila said that operations at the Sapugaskanda oil refinery will resume on Tuesday, December 7th.
