Curfew to be temporarily lifted except in high risk areas

The curfew will be temporarily lifted in all areas except in the high risk areas on Thursday 16 April.

The President’s Media Division (PMD) said the curfew will be temporarily lifted on Thursday 16 April at 6am and reimposed at 4pm the same day.

The curfew was to be temporarily lifted on 14 April but has now been shifted to 16 April.

Travelling between districts when the curfew is temporarily lifted is prohibited.

However, the curfew in the Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Puttalam, Jaffna and Kandy districts will remain until further notice.

The curfew has been imposed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. (Colombo Gazette)

  1. How long can you keep the people inside? This is how South Asia is going dominate Asia and the world?

The other powerful countries know that you are struggling, because people would not follow basic hygiene or common sense. From now on if you become a slight threat to others they will use the same strategy to keep you all inside of your houses. Basically, you are done.

I knew this was coming when you did nothing when the Australian Government deleted my citizenship and brought me to the street for making awareness of the Australian Aboriginal people’s hardships.
