The Presidential Task Force established to combat the coronavirus in Sri Lanka has announced a special hotline for the public to obtain information regarding the situation. Accordingly, inquiries or notifications could be made on the hotline 117 with effect from 8pm tonight (Sunday). (Colombo Gazette)

General public requested to avoid trips, tours in Sri Lanka

The General public have been requested to refrain from going on trips and tours in Sri Lanka over the next two weeks. The Government has advised the public not to engage in any pilgrimage or even tours and trips within the country over the next two weeks.
