Two Sri Lankans, who were placed under quarantine at the Boossa Naval Base in the Southern Province, left for home this morning.
The two individuals, who had arrived from overseas, were placed under quarantine due to the COVID – 19 outbreak in Sri Lanka.
The Sri Lanka Navy said that the individuals had left for home after successfully completing their 14- day quarantine period.
Meanwhile, the first group, including a Japanese national and 2 French nationals, left for home from the Naval Base yesterday.
The Sri Lanka Navy said 64 others are under quarantine currently at the Boosa Naval Base. (Colombo Gazette)
