Public urged to practice self discipline

The public have been urged to practice self discipline in a bid to curb the spread of the coronavirus in Sri Lanka.

Military Spokesman Brigadier Chandana Wickremesinghe told the Colombo Gazette  that the public must be vigilant as the coronavirus has been identified as a dangerous virus.

The public have been urged to take care of their elderly, as they are prone to contracting the virus quickly, he pointed out.

Brigadier Wickremesinghe humbly requested the public to practice self discipline in order to safeguard society as well as the country. (Colombo Gazette)
