Associate of Angoda Lokka arrested with heroin

An associate of underworld figure Angoda Lokka has been arrested with heroin, the Police said.

The suspect was arrested in the Brandiyawatte area in Wellampitiya by the Special Task Force.

The suspect is believed to be linked to the drug smuggling and extortion operations of Angoda Lokka. The suspect was in the possession of 26g and 800mg of heroin at the time of the arrest.
