Curfew in High Risk Zones to remain until further notice

The ongoing curfew in the districts of Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutura, Puttalam, Kandy and Jaffna which have been identified as High Risk Zones will remain in force until further notice, the President’s Media Division said. Two more coronavirus patients recover

Two more patients who had contracted the coronavirus in Sri Lanka were discharged from hospital today. The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said the patients were discharged from the National Institute of Infectious Diseases (IDH) in Angoda and the Colombo East Base Hospital in Mulleriyawa. Another batch, including foreigners, leave quarantine centres

Another group of individuals from overseas, who were placed in quarantine centres due to the Covid- 19 outbreak in Sri Lanka, left for home this morning. Military Spokesman Brigadier Chandana Wickremesingeh told Colombo Gazette that the group had left from the Punani, Periyakadu and Puravasakulam quarantine centres today.
