Two suspects were arrested while transporting Kerala ganja to Colombo from Mannar.
The Police said that 200kg of Kerala ganja was being transported in a cab.
According to the Police, the vehicle was on its way to Colombo from Mannar when it was stopped at the Manipay Junction in Mannar.
