Seven Chinese employed in Aruwakkalu arrested

Seven Chinese nationals employed in Aruwakkalu have been arrested without valid visas.

The Police said that the seven Chinese nationals were employed at the Aruwakkalu solid waste management facility.

The Chinese nationals were arrested by the community Police unit in the area and handed over to the Wanathawilluwa Police for further investigations.

They were to be produced before the Puttalam Magistrate today.
