Ranil Wickremesinghe’s name gazetted as National List MP

Former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe’s name has been gazetted as a National List Member of Parliament (MP). The United National Party (UNP) had earlier informed the National Elections Commission (NEC) that Wickremesinghe had been nominated by the party to fill the National List seat in Parliament. Travel ban to be lifted on Monday and reimposed on 23 June
