Vaiko sentenced to one-year in jail for pro-LTTE speech

Tamil Nadu politician and Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK) chief Vaiko was convicted in a sedition case of 2009 on Friday, and was sentenced to one year in jail by a special court in Chennai, India Today reported.
