Bribery Commission files case against Sajin Vass

The Bribery Commission filed a case against former Parliamentarian Sajin Vass Gunawardena today over a deal he had signed when he was in charge of Mihin Lanka. Gunawardena has been accused of signing the deal with a Singapore based company without following the proper tender procedure. The case was filed today at the Colombo Chief Magistrates court.
