The case against Inspector General of Police (IGP) Pujith Jayasundara and former Defense Secretary Hemasiri Fernando over the Easter Sunday attacks has been postponed to 3 October.
The case was heard before Colombo Chief Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne today.
The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) briefed the court on the progress of the ongoing investigations.
Jayasundara and Fernando have been accused of criminal negligence over the attacks.
The Magistrate ordered that the case be postponed to 3 October.
