Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he witnessed the ugly face of terrorism during his recent visit to Sri Lanka.

On the second day of his visit to Kyrgyzstan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took part in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Speaking at the summit Modi said that literature and culture provide societies a positive activity and stop the spread of radicalization among youths.

“During my visit to Sri Lanka, I visited the St Anthony’s shrine, where I witnessed the ugly face of terrorism that takes the lives of innocents,” he said.

Prime Minister Modi said that to tackle the danger of terrorism, all humanitarian powers should come forward together.

He said that countries that provide encouragement, support, and finances to terrorism must be held accountable.

  1. If Easter Sunday bombings were ugly face of terrorism, how would you describe the Asia’s longest brutal civil war which has lasted more than three decades and took more than 100000 lives?

We didn’t hear any official apology from India for creating the Asia’s longest brutal civil war in Sri Lanka, because India doesn’t have any other strategy than tackling Sri Lanka and Pakistan through terrorism. I have a reservation for the India’s claim about Pakistan’s role in recent bombing in India. Especially it has happened just before the India’s election. India will continue to demonise Pakistan for leaning towards China by creating terrorism and labeling Pakistan as the father of terrorism in South Asia. However, India’s terrorism strategy which it has learned from the West would not help in the long run. India’s political system, economic development and handling the other Subcontinent countries are based on the Western ideology. Basically, india follows its historical enemy’s ideology which was the system created to keep South Asia under the Western dominant power. This is nothing but a disaster for South Asia. Therefore, we have do an impeccable role to prepare the dragon to handle South Asia.
