The coronavirus death toll in Sri Lanka has risen to 244 today, the Government Information Department said. The Government said that four more deaths related to the pandemic have been reported in Sri Lanka. Of the four victims, one is an 82-year-old woman from Colombo 13. Cops in plainclothes detect people violating health guidelines in Colombo
