Thurstanite Dance

Thurstanite 2018, the 27^th Annual Dinner Dance organized by the Thurstan College Trust Fund was held at the Ballroom, Waters Edge, Battaramulla. This year?s theme was ?Sands of Time?, going Egyptian style. ?Black? and ?Kings? provided the music for dancing while Clifford Richards did a super job as Compere. Noel Joseph was unanimously chosen as next year?s Dance Committee Chairman. Yearly all proceeds of the very successful and grand Dinner Dances was channelled to develop the School.

SLUKS Musical Breeze

Sri Lanka United Kingdom Society presented a Musical Evening with Barbara Segal and Menaka Singers Opera Ensemble at The Westminster House, Colombo. President SLUKS Premila Paulraj gave the Welcome Address. The British High Commissioner James Dauris also spoke and Secretary SLUKS Suhashini Victoria proposed the Vote of Thanks.
