Ukrainian low-cost air carrier seeks to fly to Sri Lanka

Ukrainian-based SkyUp Airlines, a low-cost air carrier, which belongs to SkyUp LLC, plans to launch flights from Ukraine’s capital city of Kyiv to Sri Lanka and Austria, Unian info reported. Boat used by Sri Lankan migrants destroyed in Reunion fire

A boat used by Sri Lankan migrants to reach Reunion island last year, has been destroyed in a fire. Media reports from Reunion island stated that the fishing boat had been used by Sri Lankan migrants to reach Reunion island on 26 December 2018. The boat named “Roshan” with fishing equipment was docked at a port in Reunion island. However, on Thursday the boat caught fire and sank.
