Navy arrests 15 Indian fishermen for poaching

In the fifth such incident this month, Sri Lankan navy personnel arrested 15 Tamil Nadu fishermen for allegedly violating the International Maritime Boundary Line this morning. Another 20 suspects identified for rehabilitation

Another 20 suspects arrested under the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA) have been identified for rehabilitation, the Justice Ministry said today. Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe said that the 20 suspects will have their cases processed immediately and they will either be imprisoned?or offered rehabilitation.
