Sri Lanka to sign extradition treaties with several countries

Sri Lanka is to sign extradition treaties with several countries, State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardena said today. He said the?extradition treaties will help Sri Lanka and foreign countries exchange wanted criminals. Wijewardena said that Sri Lanka had recently signed?extradition treaties with some countries, including Ukraine. Stalin condemns attempt by Sri Lankans to attack Vaiko at UNHRC

India’s?DMK working president M K Stalin condemned attempts by ?some Sri Lankan nationals? to attack MDMK chief Vaiko after he spoke about the ?genocide? in northern Lanka at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). ?I condemn the incident in Geneva.
