Over 18 foot long crocodile captured in Matara

A crocodile, over 18 feet long, was captured in Matara and released back into the Nilwala river. The crocodile had surfaced from the river and entered a village in Welegoda, Matara. Villagers and Wildlife officers got together and captured the crocodile and transported it by tractor to the river.
